Fees

Trading Fees

We keep our trading fees low and simple. Sellers are charged a 2% fee on all types of trades.

Seller's Profit Margin

When Buyers buy cryptocurrency on our marketplace, they accept terms and conditions set out in the offer description of each Seller. Sellers set a profit margin on their Sell offers as they deem necessary, based on the payment method, risk level and verification level of users. The available profit margin ranges from 2% to 80% of a cryptocurrency's market price. Buyers can also indicate the desired profit margin in their Buy offers within the same range, which means only Sellers who agree to this margin will respond to such offers.

Escrow

When a trade request is sent by one party and accepted by another, the Bot locks the necessary amount in cryptocurrency from the Sellers account in our escrow account. If the trade is successful, the cryptocurrency is released to the Buyer. If the trade is cancelled voluntarily by both parties, the cryptocurrency will be returned to the Seller's wallet. If no amicable resolution is achieved, the Escrow amount will remain locked until the dispute resolution by the Administrator and then will be awarded to the winning party after a thorough review of all the available evidence. There is no fee for locking and releasing cryptocurrency in the Escrow account.
